I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
It takes 2 to 3 business days* to process and ship your order. If you order over the weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday.
(Normally the processing time is reduced to 12/24h, but due to the time of the year it could take up to 48/72h, but this is not usually the case).
DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are shipped according to the fulfillment center where the product comes from.
Average delivery time: 7 to 13 working days*, excluding order processing.
*Due to Covid's emergency, some orders may exceed these delivery times and take a few days longer. During busy periods, such as holidays, deliveries may be delayed for a few days because the carriers are overloaded and there are a large number of orders/requests. In this case, please be patient and contact our customer service if necessary.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide a tracking number for each order. Tracking is available once the product has been shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world. Tracking begins in 5 days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order without penalty, but you must do so within 24 hours of creating your order for the cancellation to be applied. Just send us an email with the subject "CANCELLATION". If more than 24 hours have passed and the item has already been shipped, we cannot help you.
I HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please inform us immediately by email at info@solitto.com.
If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship all items with extra padding. However, our customers tell us that approximately 1 in 1,000 items arrive damaged due to some poor postal services.
If this happens to you, please contact us and return it:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
After a quick check, we will be happy to send you another one free of charge.
We have included 2 different types of shipping:
Express shipping has a shipping time (3/6 days)+ handling time, Express shipping has a shipping time of 7/12 days+ handling time.
