REFUND
Our refund policy applies up to 14 days after delivery of your order.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your products, we are sorry but we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement. Shipping costs are at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the same packaging and with the same tags.

To complete the return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons beyond our control will not be accepted.

*If you notice that the product is defective upon delivery, please email our service center with a photo/video and a description of the damage attached.

REFUNDS (if return policy applies)
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and issued to your original credit card or payment method within a specified period of time.


DELAY OR NON-RECEIPT OF REFUND
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is credited.
